Intern and Employee Guidelines
All employees & interns must use their own equipment (computers, phones, and internet).
Certificates will be provided to interns who complete a minimum of 60 days.
Interns may take academic leave with valid proof.
Professionalism is expected. Poor performance may lead to termination.
Internship certification is mandatory and ranges from 30 to 60 days based on the role.
We support work-life balance. Take breaks as per company policy.
Grounds for termination:
- Performance Issues: Missed goals or consistent delays.
- Misconduct: Harassment, fraud, theft, etc.
- Violation of Terms: Breaching contracts or misuse of resources.
- False Information: Falsified qualifications or work experience.
- Legal/Ethical Breaches: Actions harming our reputation or violating law.
Termination may be immediate for gross misconduct. Appeals go through the HR board.
