HOW TO ACTIVATE GOOGLE CHAT IN GMAIL APP

To enable Google Chat in Gmail on an Android mobile device, you can do the following:
Open the Gmail app
Tap the Menu icon in the top left
Select Settings
Choose an account to opt in to Google Chat
Under General, next to Chat, turn on Show the chat and spaces tab
To start a chat in Gmail on an Android mobile device, you can:
Tap the Chat icon
Tap the New Chat pop-up in the lower-right corner
You can also start a voice or video meeting from the Google Chat app or Gmail. To do this, you can:
In Chat, in the bottom navigation menu, tap Direct messages
Open a direct message
At the top, click Start voice call or Start video call

HOW TO ACTIVATE GOOGLE MEET IN GMAIL APP

To enable the Google Meet tab in the Gmail app on your mobile device, you can do the following:
Open the Gmail app
Tap the Menu icon
Tap Settings
Select the account you want to configure
Under Meet, check the box next to Show the Meet tab for video calling
You can also start a video meeting from Gmail by following these steps:
Open Gmail
Click Meet in the sidebar
In the Share your new meeting window, click Join now
If you're having trouble with Google Meet, you can try these steps:
Use a stable internet connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data
Check app settings for conflicts with other apps
Reinstall the Google Meet app
Join the meeting from meet.google.com without using the app.
